Connect to your patient’s data in a whole new way

Our enhanced portal offers an efficient way to send lab orders directly to our CLIA-certified lab.

  • With a clean, modern appearance, and simple site navigation, this portal makes entering and reviewing the status of lab requests quick and convenient. 
  • Safe and secure data transfer ensures this process is HIPAA compliant and patient PHI is protected. 
  • Receive email notifications when results are ready, and review reports directly from within the portal.

Step 1

First, update your Profile.

Manage your user profile. Add an image and update your contact information. This is where you can designate the email address, we’ll use to notify you when lab results are ready.

Step 2

Next, use the “Add Lab Order” button to create a new request.

Easily add a new patient record for the request or choose from an existing patient. This is your digital order form. All data points required for accurate test results are captured here.

Step 3

Review your patient’s lab orders and test results.

From the Patient view you can see all the clients currently entered in the portal. View basic demographic and contact information, and quickly see who has lab orders pending. From here you can access patient records for more patient details and previous lab results.
